Anthony Dapice, owner of The Porterhouse Steak Scotch & Seafood restaurant in Fairport appears happy with the comments shared by Fairport-Perinton Chamber President Paul West at the restaurant's Ribbon Cutting ceremony.  NY State Senator Riche Funke also spoke at the well attended event.  The music provided by the Mark Casara Band with Chet Catallo was enjoyed by the full house!
