New York State Corrections and Youth Services (CAYSA) will be holding a three-day Statewide Symposium in our region this year!  The conference will be held from October 26th through October 28th at Radisson Hotel in Rochester.  The event is usually attended by 300 plus Criminal Justice professionals who hail from all across New York State.

The local CAYSA organization, will be sponsoring an evening of entertainment on Thursday, October 27th from 4:30-6:30 p.m. at the hotel entitled “Taste of Rochester”.  Event vendors from the surrounding area will be displaying and selling their merchandise.  There is a $30 vendor fee for participating in this event.

The Radisson will provide one 6 foot skirted table per vendor.  Please complete and return the attached questionnaire so that we can better prepare for your arrival.   Setup for “Taste Of Rochester” can begin at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 27th.  Booths will be located on the second floor.  Signs and hotel personnel will direct you to the setup area when you arrive.
