Sweet Charity Resale Boutique & Shop was conceived to provide a consistent source of funding to support the work of Advent House, a home serving the dying. Begun in 1987, Advent House is an outreach ministry of Perinton (NY) Ecumenical Ministries (PEM) and relies on funding from PEM partner churches, private donations, memorials, fundraisers, pledges, and Sweet Charity, as residents pay no fees and Advent House receives no insurance reimbursement. All proceeds benefit this essential ministry.
