Are You a One-Night Stand for Customers?
We live in a relationship economy. By turning customers into raving fans, businesses not only save money, they make money and are not a one-night stand for their customers.
When businesses have a relationship marketing strategy that includes a customer-engagement platform, it can be a slam dunk for that much coveted 92% of their customers recommending them to family, friends and colleagues. Loyal customers drive 80% of business revenue, so keeping existing customers/clients happy is like having an unpaid sales force!
We've all heard that people do business with people they know, like and trust. Theresa.Oschmann would like to introduce you to her customer-engagement platform, so your business is also remembered fondly.

COVID-19 and Your Hearing
While you might not associate hearing loss and tinnitus (ringing, roaring, buzzing, etc.) with COVID-19, Sounds for Life wanted to raise the issue so you are aware of the connection. Dr. Ramona Stein, Owner of Sounds for Life, has personally seen patients who report decreased hearing or the onset of tinnitus after receiving a vaccine or having the virus. There is a need for more research in this area, but in the meantime, if you or someone you know experiences these symptoms, please get your hearing tested or see your physician as soon as possible.
