SINGLE FAMILY HOMES:  As Of February, 18, 2018, there are currently 58 (“Active” and “Continue to show”) new and existing homes for sale in the Fairport Central School District(Town of Perinton and Village of Fairport). Celebrating 38 years of teaching students in the Fairport, Penield, Pittsford and surrounding areas, we had our first coffeehouse performance under the RAMP (Rochester Area Music Project) name. Our student performers: Alex Leach, Karla van Aardt, Steve Kurz and special guest, Marshall Manuel (RAMP V.P.) did an outstanding job playing both original songs and covers. Once again we thank the Inn on Church and Pam Benfro for their warm hospitality and for the GREAT coffee and scones!
