The Legends at Whitney is “topped out,” which is a builders' rite traditionally held when the last beam (or its equivalent) is placed atop a structure during its construction. In this case, the event was held at the intermediate point of the overall project completion. The construction of The Legends at Whitney has gone extremely smooth during the fall and winter months.
