Get a First Look at Harbor Point, Macedon's New Waterfront Community

Local builder and Chamber member, Pride Mark Homes, in partnership with Erie Macedon Marina, invites the community to a special preview event for Harbor Point, their newest townhome and apartment community for lease. The event will be held on Wednesday, September 10th, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Parker Place Community Center at 100 Ezra Xing, Fairport, NY 14450.

While the new Harbor Point community is currently under construction on the Erie Canal in Macedon, this off-site event in Fairport offers a unique opportunity for prospective residents to experience the quality and design of a Pride Mark community firsthand.

Attendees will have the chance to meet the development team, tour a furnished model apartment, and see the beautiful Parker Place Community Center, which serves as the blueprint for the community center planned for Harbor Point. Guests can also preview floor plans, site maps, and designer finishes for the new waterfront homes, which are now leasing for Spring 2026.

Harbor Point is designed to offer an easy-living lifestyle in a scenic location adjacent to the Erie Macedon Marina and Bullis Park.

This drop-in event is open to anyone interested in learning more. RSVPs are appreciated and can be sent to Susan Moss at smoss@pmhomes.com. For more information or to schedule a private appointment, please call (585) 362-9333.

Just Solutions VP Speaks at DoD NERC Conference

David Wolf, VP of Just Solutions, recently spoke at the 2025 DoD Northeast Regional Council (NERC) Conference & Matchmaker, where he highlighted a critical distinction: compliance does not equal cybersecurity. Passing a compliance audit can create a false sense of security.
