Fairport has a resource in EP Visualz, creating 3-D architectural renderings for both commercial and personal use. EP Visualz has now been named the Fairport-Perinton Chamber of Commerce Business of the Month.

The gem of 3-D is the resulting cost-savings, avoiding mistakes before spending respectful funds on construction projects.  The 3-D technology even allows you to preview different materials and finishes before they are ordered, in addition to layout options. EP Visualz also produces 2-D plan views and technical layouts. Walk-thru videos and interactive 3-D tours are a great way for a client to tour a project. Now in his sixth year of ownership in this company which he developed, Eric Pedersen produces interior and exterior architectural renderings for custom home builders, homeowners, property developers, and construction companies.  Even landscape projects are serviced. These renderinngs frequently pay for themselves by pointing out design errors or poor finish choices, before construction starts and materials are ordered. In addition to renderings, EP Visualz can assist clients with developing design ideas, which then can be presented to their architect or builder for further development.

As a committed Chamber member, Eric faithfully attends the Chamber functions. Eric enjoys positive feedback from his clients. Recently, he was tasked with developing renderings for an outdoor kitchen. The client was so amazed at the 3-D project outcome, that they became motivated to do more and took on a bathroom remodel too!
